At the Minnesota VFW State Convention, Redwood County VFW Post 2553 donated to the State Commander's 2023 project. State VFW Commander Dan Meyer has designated Veterans on the Water and Warriors Walleyes Outdoors as this year's projects. Both organizations provide Minnesota's Veterans with fishing and other outdoor activities. Both groups were founded to support US Military Veterans quality of life. These programs honor those who have served and sacrificed for America. Funds raised by Redwood County VFW Post 2553 are the results of efforts by Staff, Post Officers and patrons to support Veterans.VFW Post 2553 Sr Vice CMDR Duane Frank (L) presents a $1,000 check to State Dan Meyer.
