Photo-Caption:Redwood County VFW Post #2553 completed their Military Appreciation Month "Day of Service" with the collection of over 1,000 pounds of clean usable clothes. The collection started on VFW's National Day of Service on May 6. The project concluded with the delivery to the Disabled American Veterans Center in New Ulm on May 31. The DAV will sort and arrange distribution of the donated clothing. Pictured is Post Officer Jesse Kettner delivering the goods to the DAV.
