Carris Health - Redwood Hospice invites the community to join its annual memorial service this coming Monday (May 6) at 6 p.m. The service celebrates the lives of those who were cared for by hospice, but also all loved ones from our area who have died. Each year the service brings community members together to support each other through the struggle of losing a loved one.

“One special part of the service is the lighting of memorial candles in honor of loved ones that have died during the past year,” said Joleen Johnson, Carris Health - Redwood social services/home care worker. “It is very symbolic of the love and support that are present.”

The service will be held at 6 p.m. in the hospital’s education room (west entrance). Following the memorial service, everyone is invited to a time of fellowship.
