Taher Corporate Chef Brian Renz of Minneapolis was in town for Homecoming week at Redwood Valley Middle and High School. Renz prepared a dinner for the School Board on Monday, and served a Taiwanese dish for all students on Tuesday. Dan Tiffany also grilled for the students on Friday. After the Hall of Fame ceremony, guests and honorees were treated to a delightful reception which included hors d’oeuvres and refreshments. Many of the hors d’oeuvres were prepared by the students of Kailee Heltemes’ Foods class, under the direction of Renz and Abby Grove.
