Theresa Ann Wabasha, “Wicanhpi Hanyetu Win” meaning “Night Star Woman”, 65, of the Lower Sioux Community traveled to the Spirit World on Friday, March 31, 2023, at her home. Memorial Services were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at the Lower Sioux Rec Center Gym. An all-night visitation began at 12 p.m. Tuesday, April 4 at the Rec Center and continued until the service on Wednesday. Interment will be at a later date in St. Cornelia’s Cemetery on the Lower Sioux Community. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
