HINDT INDUCTED INTO HALL OF FAME

Wabasso wrestling legend Gary Hindt gets inducted into the Wabasso Hall of Fame on Saturday, Jan. 8, as part of the Rabbits home triangular with St. James Area and Madelia-Truman-Martin Luther. Hindt retired in 2017 as the only wrestling coach in the long and storied history of Wabasso wrestling after season 49. His overall record of 807-214-6 is second overall in state history and he was inducted into the Minnesota Wrestling Coaches Hall of Fame in 1994. Hindt took four teams to state, finishing second in 2004 and also coached six individual state champions. PROVIDED
