United States Military Academy Cadet Jack Frank recently received Germany’s Leistungsabezeichen der Bundeswehr (German Armed Forces Military Proficiency Badge). Part of the requirement was rifle qualifications. Cadet Frank began his marksmanship career as a member in the Redwood/Renville 4-H Shooting Sports. Cadet Frank joins other local youth who have participated nationally and internationally in shooting sports events. Submitted
