A pre-December cold snap means many lakes and ponds across Minnesota are beginning to freeze. However, this ice isn’t safe to walk on and the water underneath is dangerously cold.

While I am quite fond of the Vince Guaraldi, the solo artist and his trio, there are limits to my affection. I happen to dislike Christmas songs. Yes, each and every one of them. Even the ones by the Vince Guaraldi and his trio.

8th Grade Cardinal of the Month

Why was Sonora Bauer nominated for Cardinal of the Month? Sonora has been a wonderful addition to the 8th grade class at RVMS! She brings positivity and hard work to class every day. We have been impressed with her ability to work with any other students she is paired with and also her desire to do her classwork thoroughly and on time. She is quickly becoming a positive leader in the grade and has started to become involved in different extracurricular activities. We are so happy to have Sonora as a student on our team!
