Cards compete in True Team Track Meet

The Redwood Valley boys and girls track teams earned third and sixth place finishes respectively at the Section True Team Meet held Monday at the Inglis Track & Field Complex in Redwood Falls. Luverne would capture both the boys and girls team titles.

April 7th grade Cardinal of the Month

Why was Addysen nominated for Cardinal of the Month? Addy is an all-around positive person and nice to everyone. She is a wonderful classmate and is always willing to work with anyone. She strives to do her best and asks questions if she needs help. She takes the steps necessary to be a successful student.

Celebrate National Skilled Nursing Care Week

Skilled nursing care centers and their staff provide a steadfast commitment to providing a high-level of care for their residents. This has never been more evident than the last two years during the pandemic. In addition to protecting and caring for their residents around the clock, during a time of limited visitation and social distancing, staff stepped in and served as family members and friends to ensure that residents had the essential social connections they needed.

Cardinal netters fall to Trojans

The Redwood Valley tennis team dropped a tough 4-3 battle with Worthington in recent Big South Conference action. The Cardinals took three of the four singles matches but dropped all three doubles matches tof all by a point.

Cardinals dominate twinbill

It was a dominating performance by the Redwood Valley baseball team Saturday, May 7 at Memorial Field as they cruised to a non-conference twinbill sweep of BOLD and Springfield. The Cardinal pitching staff was oustanding, allowing just four hits in two games while the offense was more than enough with 26 runs scored in the two games.

Cardinal girls keep on rolling

The Redwood Valley girls golf team continued their dominance of Big South competition with an easy win Monday, May 9 at the Windom Country Club. The Cardinals fired a 352 team total to outdistance second place Marshall (401) by 49 strokes.
