Living Proof Postpartum Consulting is a resource for postpartum moms that are experiencing depression and anxiety for up to two years postpartum. While working as an RN, Lindsay saw there was a need for direct care specific to mental health following birth. Support includes weekly support calls, postpartum anxiety and depression digital course, private Facebook community, and monthly guest speakers.
