The beds were built by Rotarians Dave Steinkraus, Mike Kaufenberg, Michael Joldersma, and Robin Stegner. Non-Rotarians Chico Jensen and Cole Huhnerkoch participated through Community Ed. WILLIAM OSCAR HILLGER

William Oscar Hillger adored his loving wife, Roxie and her family, his daughters, Cindy and Lynn, his grandsons and his vivid experiences dating back to his childhood in Redwood Falls. Nothing gave Bill more pleasure than telling stories about lazy afternoons at the cabin in Cotton, hunting pheasant at the family farm in Morgan, owning cars (27 he counted) racing cars and repairing them side by side with his beloved father at the Chrysler garage his family owned in Redwood. Bill passed away peacefully on January 10. He was 89 years old. We will celebrate Bill’s life on Monday, June 5 at 11 a.m. at Richfield United Methodist Church. All are welcome.
