A beautiful blue

A beautiful blue heron takes to flight just east of North Redwood; A rooster struts its stuff west of Redwood Falls in a marshy, slough area; a male Northern Shoveler takes off after being spotted west of Redwood Falls; a mature doe is surrounded by beautiful scenery near a grove north of Redwood Falls; late spring and early summer are a great time to get out and explore the area and get a glimpse of all the beautiful wildlife and nature that we have around us.
