Morgan Community Players to present ‘Nuptialknots.com’

The Morgan Community Players are back with their 33rd year and a performance of “Nuptialknots.com.” The performances will be held at the Morgan High School auditorium with showtimes starting at 7 p.m. Feb. 25, and 26. The last performance will be at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 27. Tickets will be available at the door before each performance. Adults are $7 and ages 12 and younger are $4. There will be no reserved seating this year.

Hello from Romania!

If you know me, you know Eastern European missions has been a part of our lives for more than 25 years. My wife, Chris, and I arrived in Bucharest in January and will return the last of March. When we first arrived, we noticed there were more COVID restrictions than in Minnesota and were told that one of the reasons for that is that nobody wants to end up in the Romanian health care system! That’s partially a joke.

Barbara Y. Splinter

WATERTOWN - Barbara Y. Splinter, age 84, of Watertown, SD, passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022, at her daughter’s residence in Olivia, MN. She was the widow of Edward “Pudgy” Splinter. Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 26, 2022, at Crawford-Osthus Funeral Chapel in Watertown. Pastor Jim Biswell will officiate.
