Mike Scott Ose, 58, of Echo, former police chief for the City of Redwood Falls was killed Thursday in a two-vehicle crash northeast of Sacred Heart.
According to the report from the Renville County Sheriff’s Department, the intersection type crash involved a 2001 Ford Explorer driven by Ose and a 1998 Dodge Dakota driven by Kyle Wade Aalderks of Renville. Ose, who was airlifted to North Memorial Hospital passed away while in surgery.
A funeral service is being held Tuesday.
