Roger Swartz, local driving instructor, said student drivers must now spent 40 hours driving a vehicle with an adult supervisor, which is up form 30 hours as was previously mandated.

“We want 100 percent of our students to graduate,” said RVHS Principal Rick Jorgenson, adding, "we want every student who goes through this school to make it to graduation and to be ready for the next step.”
