The annual event known as the fall festival is being held at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church in Redwood Falls this coming Sunday (Sept. 9), with activities available from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Mass is scheduled to be held starting at 10 a.m., with a grilled roast beef dinner, including mashed potatoes and gravy, glazed carrots, broccoli salad and pie, following from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.

The meal is $12 for adults, $6 for those ages four to 11 and free for those under age four. Takeouts are available within the city limits of Redwood Falls. For more information, call (507) 644-2278.

In addition, the event includes outdoor entertainment by a concertina band from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m., with the band Hammertyme set to perform from 1:15-3:30 p.m.

There are activities for the kids, including games, a train ride, a toddler park, slide and obstacle course, with a cake walk, Bingo, a silent auction and country store for others who are in attendance.

A raffle is being held, with the drawing at 4 p.m.

Everyone is invited to St. Catherine’s this Sunday to celebrate the annual fall festival.
