1 – The RCW Friends Of The Arts and Prairie Fire Children’s Theatre will present “Alladin and His Magic Lamp” March 16 at 7 p.m. and March 17 at 2 p.m. at Renville County West School at Renville. Use the north door. The play is made possible through a grant from the Southwest Minnesota Arts Council.

2 – The Wabasso Public School theater department is presenting “Annie” March 16-18 at the school. The curtain opens at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, with a 2 p.m. matinee Sunday. Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for kids. Doors open one half hour prior to the start of the show.

3 – The Senate District 16 DFL committee is hosting a fundraiser Saturday, March 17 at Jackpot Junction Hotel and Casino starting at 5 p.m.

 4 – Boy Scout Troop 42 is hosting a pancake breakfast fundraiser Sunday, March 18 at the American Legion in Redwood Falls. Serving is from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. All are encouraged to attend.

5 – The City of Lucan is hosting its annual St. Patrick’s Day parade Sunday, March 18 starting at 1 p.m. Events follow the parade at Knott’s Corner. Everyone is invited to attend.

6 – The Redwood Falls Public Library is hosting a travel presentation March 19 at noon in the library meeting room. Char and Tom Ellig will talk about the British Isles.

7 – The annual bike rodeo is taking place in Redwood Falls at the civic arena of the Redwood Area Community Center from 5-6:30 p.m. Kids of all ages and their families are invited. Bring your bike.

8 – The Redwood Area School District is hosting a social media awareness presentation Monday, March 19 at 6 p.m. in the PAC. The meeting is open to the public.

9 – The annual Bishop Lucker lecture is being held at St. Catherine's Catholic Church in Redwood Falls March 20 starting at 7 p.m. All are welcome.
