1 – The sixth annual formalwear extravaganza is being held Feb. 10 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. in the commons area of Redwood Valley schools in Redwood Falls. Dresses for the sale may be dropped off Feb. 8-9 from 3:30-6:30 p.m. each day in the Redwood Valley schools board room.
2 – The February 2018 meeting for the Southwest Arts and Crafts Guild will be Saturday, Feb. 10 at 10 a.m. at the Marshall Adult Community Center in Marshall. The lesson is knitting a prayer shawl.
3 – Tatanka Arts and the Redwood Falls Public Library are hosting an artists reception for Elaine and Paul Hagen and their exhibit at the library entitled "A Tribute to Trees." The reception is from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 10 in the library meeting room. All are invited. The exhibit continues at the library through March 31.
4 – The Redwood Falls Public Library is hosting the next in its travel series presentations Monday, Feb. 12 at noon in the library meeting room. Polly Bowen will talk about Iceland. All are invited to attend.
5 – The Redwood County Corn and Soybean Growers Association annual meeting is being held Monday, Feb. 12 at Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel. Social hour begins at 5:30 p.m., with dinner at 6 p.m. The meeting will start at 7 p.m.
6 – The Redwood Valley Middle School fifth-grade band and choir will present a concert Feb. 13 in the PAC starting at 6 p.m. A sixth grade band and choir concert follows at 7:30 p.m.
