1 – The Redwood Falls Public Library is hosting a presentation Oct. 19 at 6:30 p.m. with author Julie Klassen. The public is encouraged to attend.

2 – The Southwest Minnesota Arts & Craft Guild meets Oct. 21 at 10 a.m. at the Marshall Adult Community Center. The lesson will be making a “rag-wrapped” basket.

3 – Harkin Store is hosting its last program for the season Oct. 22 from 1-4 p.m. Lonesome Ron's Roundup has become very popular with musicians and people who enjoy their music. The gathering of folk, country and bluegrass musicians to bid "happy trails" to the season and the colors on the Minnesota River and the harvesting of the crops. All are invited.

4 – The Red Cross Bloodmobile is scheduled to be in Redwood Falls Oct. 23-24 from 12:30-6:30 p.m. at the Evangelical Free Church on Bridge Street.

5 – Native American entertainers Frank Waln and Lumhe Sampson will give a performance Oct. 24 in Marshall at the SMSU student center upper level at 7 p.m.
