  • Marie C. Neale, 89, of Redwood Falls died Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at her home. A Memorial Service was held Saturday, June 15, 2013 from Nelson-Martin Funeral Home in Redwood Falls with inurnment to follow in the Redwood Falls Cemetery.   • Marie C. Neale, 89, of Redwood Falls died Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at her home. A Memorial Service was held Saturday, June 15, 2013 from Nelson-Martin Funeral Home in Redwood Falls with inurnment to follow in the Redwood Falls Cemetery.
    The family requests memorials be made to St. Catherine’s Catholic Church or a charity of the donor’s choice.

    Marie Christine Neale, the daughter of Andrew J. and Veronica (Kvech) Kronholm, was born April 25, 1924 in Olivia. She was raised in the Olivia and Morton area. Marie received her formal education at Morton Public School, graduating with the Class of 1941.
    On August 8, 1941, Marie married Monroe Neale in Sioux Falls, S.D., and they made their home in Edgerton. In 1948, the family moved to Redwood Falls where Marie was employed by Northwestern Bank. She was a member of St. Catherine’s Catholic Church and the R.I.C.A., an Area Faith Community program.
    Marie loved to bake and play cards. She also enjoyed flower gardening.
    She is survived by her sisters Darlene Timm, Betty Werner, Miona Wallace, and Marjorie Wilson; her brothers Roger (Barb) Kronholm, and Andrew (Connie) Kronholm; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other distant relatives and very special friends Doug and Natalie Marks and family.
    Marie was preceded in death by her husband Monroe in 1995; her parents; her daughter Rose Marie Reynolds in 1999; brothers Carl, John and Richard; sister Shirley Keetly; and half-brothers Henry and Eugene Vosika.
