The 36th annual Lower Sioux Wacipi is set for June 14-16 this year.
The most colorful events are the three Grand Entries, set for Friday, June 14 at 7 p.m., Saturday June 15 at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m., and Sunday, June 16 at 1 p.m.
Flag raisings are set for Saturday and Sunday at 9 p.m.
Other attractions include:
• Drum groups
• Craft and food vendors
• Three-man best ball golf tournament on Friday evening
• Fifth annual 2k/5k Fun Run/Walk on Saturday morning, starting at 9 a.m. at the west entrance to the pow-wow grounds. A “grab-and-go” breakfast will be available.
