Dismissal and corrective action were debated in December and I thought it was in the best interest of everyone to rehabilitate, but I was wrong." - Rutgers University Athletic Director Tim Pernetti, CNN reports. Pernetti resigned today after being heavily criticized for not disciplining coach Mike Rice more strongly. Rice was fired Wednesday after ESPN aired a video that showed him berating, shoving and throwing balls at players.

North Korea has warned embassies in the country that it cannot guarantee the safety of diplomats after April 10, according to Reuters. It has also asked embassies to consider moving staff out. Britain's Foreign Office has announced it has no plans to move their diplomats out of North Korea and has publicly accused the country's government of raising tensions "through a series of public statements and other provocations."
