Stacy Sue Daub, the daughter of Steve and Jan (Erickson) Lange, was born December 16, 1968 in Estherville, Iowa. She grew up in Estherville and received her first formal education there. Following her graduation from Estherville High School in 1987, Stacy attended Iowa Lakes Community College, graduating in 1993. She then enrolled at Mankato State University, earning her degree in August 1995.

She also worked for the Girl Scouts and various other non-profits where she did training, fundraising, and volunteer management. She was a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church and the CCW. Stacy was also a member of the Morgan Community Players. She loved scrapbooking, baking, shopping, reading, watching old movies and traveling. Also surviving are her parents, Steve and Jan Lange; her brother Steven Lange; her in-laws Tom and Arlene Daub, Chuck and Marilyn Daub, Brenda and Ernie Miska, Vickie Daub, Peggy and Randy Zimmer and Scott and Michelle Daub; 17 nephews and nieces; and six great-nephews and nieces.
