  • Morris Timm, 64, of Lamberton, died Wednesday, November 14, 2012, at the Redwood Area Hospital.
    Funeral services were Monday, November 19, 2012, at Our Savior’s Luth-eran Church in Lamberton with burial in the Lamberton Cemetery. Pastor Allen Brakke officiated.

    Morris Edward Timm was born October 4, 1948, in Springfield, the son of Clarence and Lela (Radtke) Timm.
    He was raised on a farm near Lamberton and graduated from Lamberton High School.
    Morris was united in marriage to Sharon Warner October 18, 1968, in Seaforth.
    Morris served with the U.S. Air Force and was stationed at Hickam Base in Hawaii for two years before his honorable discharge. The couple then returned to the family farm by Lamberton where they have lived the past 36 years.
    Morris has worked at Fox Bros. International at Sanborn, W-M Implement, the Lamberton Movie Theatre, Hirsch Electric at Wabasso, Johanneck Rockway at Wabasso, Jackpot Junction and 14 years at McLaughlin & Schultz in Marshall. He was currently employed by L&S Construction in Sanborn.
    Morris was a member of Andrew Peterson American Legion Post #41 and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening. He also enjoyed all of his pets, working on vehicles, going to auctions, going “up north” and spending time in Arizona in the winter. Morris loved going on scenic drives, the Clay County Fair, visiting with friends and neighbors, and especially enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren.
    He and Sharon just recently celebrated their 44 years of marriage.
    Morris Edward Timm died Wednesday, November 14, 2012, at the Redwood Area Hospital at the age of 64 years.
    He is survived by wife Sharon; children – Lisa and Rob Davis and their children Kali and Colby  of Lamberton, Mark Timm and his children Jacob, Abigail and Nathan of Tyler, Jill Halvorson and her children Devon and Trenton of Sanborn and Sam Timm and Beth Wendt of Scottsdale, Ariz.; great-grandchild Hunter;and sister Joyce Fox of Sanborn.
    He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Darrell and brothers-in-law George Fox and Mike Warner.
