Ruth Carroll MacDougall McCartin passed away November 4, 2012 in Dana Point, Calif. Church services will take place November 15, 2012, 2 p.m. at Community Presbyterian Church in San Juan Capistrano, Calif., immediately followed by a celebration of Ruth’s life at Niguel Shores Recreation Center in Monarch Beach, Calif., Food and drinks will be served.
