  • USS North Dakota crew members in Grand Forks

  • USS North Dakota Lt. Cmdr. Kristopher Lancaster and Master Chief Machinist's Mate James Lucky will be in Grand Forks through Sunday to introduce area residents to the submarine that's being built in Connecticut and Virginia at a cost of more than $2 billion.
