Winless New Ulm provided much needed relief for the Redwood Valley girls basketball team, as it ended a five-game losing streak with a 69-57 win over the Eagles Tuesday night at the RVHS gymnasium.

Smith was back in the line-up Tuesday night, however, and provided a spark scoring 21 points to go along with four rebounds.
Steph Jensen continued her strong play with a game-high 22 points, four rebounds and an assist.
Sam Felt added 10 points, seven rebounds and two assists, and Victoria Quast had nine points and nine rebounds as she just missed out on a double-double.
